Mark has extensive experience in consulting and coaching with people and organisations in many industries. Over the past 10 years, Mark has coached leaders as well as designing and delivering customized leadership development programs with Imperial College Business School in the London. As a coach, Mark's ability to build warm and responsive relationships helps his clients transform the way they think and results in positive, long-term change.
Through his coaching, Mark brings accessible tools and processes to complex and challenging scenarios. Typically, the results for his clients and their teams are three-fold: clarity about what success is and means to them; a greater sense of themselves as leaders; and the ability to achieve even better results through others. For the organisation, the impact is magnified in various ways: a re-focus on business priorities; growth and retention of key talent; cohesive, motivated and high-performing teams; strengthened relationships with business partners; and measurable, significant improvements in organisational performance.
Mark has held managerial roles in leading international organisations, including Bovis Construction, EY and Barclays Bank. Mark earned a PhD from the Open University and an MA in Industrial Relations from Warwick. He has trained in various psychological schools and instruments, including Group Analysis, Gestalt, NLP, the Team Management Profile, Harthill Leadership Development Framework and FIRO-B.
Since 2004, Mark has worked with a wide range of clients such as London Borough of Southwark, Notting Hill Genesis, East Thames Group, Atkins, Mace, Prudential, AB Sugar, Heathrow Airport, Vodafone, Delphi Technologies, Dentsu Aegis Network and HSBC.
