Ragil is a Executive Coach and Strategic Leadership Advisor based in Bangkok, Thailand. He has more than 25 years of global, multi-cultural corporate and academic experience on 4 continents. As a coach and strategic facilitator, he has helped clients in a wide range of industries including Banking, Technology, and Manufacturing as well as Public Sector organisations. His coaching work with Senior Leaders aims at raising leadership performance as well as Leadership Team performance by focusing on specific business challenges such as developing and implementing strategy, leading organizational change, driving innovation and navigating cross-cultural leadership issues.
Ragil also works with leaders transitioning into senior leadership roles. His aim is to help these transitioning leaders actively explore the business challenges they are facing, which may relate to leadership capability, organisational culture, or externally with markets and customers.
Ragil is a qualified Clinical Psychologist with additional training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Brief Therapy, and a variety of assessment tools. Ragil's corporate experience includes successfully leading functional departments such as Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Talent Management in South Africa, the UK, the USA, and Singapore.
Currently, Ragil is based in Thailand, where he has designed and delivered dozens of customized leadership development programs with Duke Corporate Education, and other partners. In addition, Ragil works across Asia including in Bhutan, Indonesia, China, India, Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Some of the client's Ragil has worked with include Capgemini, Agoda, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Prudential Corporation Asia, Unilever, Petronas, and Robert Bosch Automotive, as well as State and NGO organizations such as UNICEF, the World Bank Group, and the Royal Thai Navy.
